No. Only those with pre-approval from Administration may bring professional camera equipment onto the property.
Any items found on the lot during operation are turned into the police tent (located in the front of the lot by the main exit). Feel free to stop by and ask if we have your lost item. Any items found by our cleaning staff THE NEXT DAY are turned into administration for attempted return. Recovered phones and wallets are always turned into Fraternity Lot Administration. Phones are plugged into power and we locate the owner using social media. If you want to check if we found your phone or wallet please email us at [email protected]
1110 Shop Road the “Fraternity Lot” it’s owners, operators, administration, agents, vendors, successors, and heirs are IN NO WAY affiliated with The University of South Carolina or The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life. The Fraternity Lot is private property under private ownership and is not open to the public.
Entry to the lot mimics the entry system of the lower deck Williams-Brice Football Stadium student section. Show up to the Fraternity Lot, have your ticket scanned, you are given a wristband to put on, walk into the lot.
1. Women ONLY - Buy your ticket from this website. (Men - Get a wristband from a member fraternity brother.)
2. Show up to the Fraternity Lot on gameday with your ticket PDF or Apple Wallet loaded ticket.
3. Tickets are ONLY scanned at Gate 3 (FEMALE ENTRANCE)
4. You will be given a wristband to put on once you get through the gate.
5. Have fun.
What if your site is SOLD OUT of tickets?
If we are SOLD OUT of tickets on the website THERE IS NO OTHER WAY TO GET ONE. THOSE CAUGHT SELLING/SCALPING THEIR TICKET WILL HAVE THEIR TICKET CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.
The Day Pass is a one time use pass that you buy through our ticketing portal. It allows you general admission access to the lot for one game. There are no additional benefits or perks.
The Season Pass is the way to go. By purchasing the Season Pass you don't have to worry about buying a wristband every week. Also, by purchasing a Season Pass you will be able to skip the entry line and walk right into the lot. Holding a Season Pass also allows you to pick up your wristband a day early to avoid the gameday lines. For these reasons the Season Pass costs $120.00.
Day Passes always go on sale the week of the home football game they are for (typically Monday-Tuesday). Example: If there is a game on Saturday September 7th Day Passes would go on sale Monday-Tuesday September 2-3. Announcements on if we are doing a Day Pass Portal will ALWAYS be announced via our Twitter @FraternityLot.
Everyone needs a wristband to get on the lot. They will need to buy a female wristband or get a male wristband from a fraternity member.
NO. ALL SALES ARE PRE-SALES. NO WRISTBANDS WILL BE SOLD AT THE GATE.
Parents may enter the lot if they are escorted by a student with a wristband and have matching IDs. ALL SIBLINGS MUST BE 18+. SIBLINGS MUST HAVE A WRISTBAND BOY AND GIRL.
Yes, there is a minimum age requirement to enter the lot due to safety concerns. All entrants must be at least 18 years old.
Outside Beer/Wine/Liquor is NOT PERMITTED.
Outside water bottles are NOT PERMITTED. We provide FREE water.
Bags/Purses are permitted but will be searched. (Clear Bag REQUIRED)
Jackets/Blankets/Coats/Umbrellas are permitted
NO SELLING of ANYTHING. WARNING: We will prosecute unapproved vendors.
NO GLASS will be permitted on the property. (INCLUDING LIQUOR & BEER BOTTLES)
NO DRUGS will be permitted on the property. (without prescription)
NO WEAPONS of ANY kind will be permitted on the property. We will prosecute violators.
NO PEPPER SPRAY OR MACE of ANY kind will be permitted on the property.
NO FIGHTING will be permitted on the property. We will prosecute for assault and/or battery.
NO KEGS will be permitted on the property.
NO BACKPACKS will be permitted on the property. You're not studying.
NO TRAILERS will be permitted on the property. (without pre-approval)
NO Excessively large bags, boxes, or backpacks.

NO open flames or bonfires.
